Drivers have no problem finding a parking space at Subway on Kings Park's Main Street. That's because it's the only business still open in the shopping strip at the intersection of Renwick Avenue.
American Beauty Florist closed in 2011, followed by Tormented Souls tattoo parlor in 2012. Next was Chick's Cleaners, which closed this year, having its last pick-up March 31. Now, just Subway is left.
According to MLSLI, the building was built in 1960, contains 10 off street parking spots.
