Join us Labor Day weekend for the return of the 4th Annual Westhampton Festival of the Arts.  Hosted by St. Marks Church, Long Island’s largest fine art festival returns to the splendor of the Great Lawn at 35 Main Street (corner of Main Street and Potunk Lane).  The festival annually ranks in the Top 100 fine art festivals in the country.  Both nationally- and internationally-acclaimed artists will journey to the spectacular landscape of eastern Long Island to exhibit and sell their original artwork.  Purchase breathtaking creations in such media as painting, jewelry, sculpting, photography, woodworking, ceramics, glass, fiber art, mixed-media - and more!  Find that unique piece of artwork to enrich your home, your workplace - your life!

The Westhampton Festival of the Arts affords the unique opportunity to meet and interact with the artisans, adding inestimable value not only to your appreciation of art but the specific pieces you purchase.  Learn how each artisan came to their art form, how they are inspired, and the materials used in creating each piece.  Artists are available throughout the event that is open Saturday from 10-6 and Sunday from 11-5Admission and parking are free.  Remember your wallets and purses!  You will be inspired and moved by the artwork you experience!

Hmmm, now I wonder who or what organization could be doing this illegal act? I'm not going to make an educated guess who could be involverd in this deed but I think if Kings Parkers do some research they are smart enough to figure out who does not want the real facts of the "Uplands Project" to come to light. Displaying these signs is a way of making the public aware of the atrocity of this project. Questions will then be asked. Making a night run to remove them is, at the least, a cowardly act that should be publicized every time it occurs!
