Take a Stroll Through the History of Kings Park

A unique collection of personal belongings, photos and historical information about Kings Park.

Patch recently took a visit to the Kings Park Heritage Museum to view some of the unique collections and history of the area.  Guided tours of the museum and its archives are available between Monday and Friday year round.

The museum will be celebrating its recent success as one of the winners of the 2010 Person of the Year Award with a "Dinner Dance". The Kings Park Chamber of Commerce will host the event on Friday March 4, 2011 at the Hyatt Regency Wind Watch in Hauppauge, NY.

Recently, the museum hosted the 6th annual Jazz festival celebrating African American heritage and history from Kings Park. An extensive calendar of upcoming events along with museum information can be accessed on the museums website.
