Spotlight Event: St. Patrick's Day Fundraiser at Engeman Theater
The St. Patrick's Day committee readies for the 2nd Annual St. Patrick's Day Parade.
You may be decking the halls for the holiday season, but one dedicated group of fundraisers wants you to start thinking about another holiday;
This Wednesday, parade supporters will be marching over to Engeman Theater in Northport to see It's A Wonderful Life. Tickets for the event are $150 including hors d'oeurves and cocktails at 5:30 p.m.
"I think the story, , is a fitting fundraiser and parallels the story of our town's efforts to come together with Kings Park Pride to help each other and to celebrate our heritage. We hope future generations will carry on the tradition," said Colleen Grady, an organizer for the parade committee.
