Kings Park Fire Department's 100th Anniversary Captured on Video [Watch]

Kings Park Fire Department celebrated its 100th anniversary back in August, but its a celebration that will live on and on. 

Kings Park resident Frank Mercuri, a photographer and videographer, recorded the fire department's 100th anniversary celebration on Aug. 3 in a moving video posted on YouTube. 

Mercuri describes the video as, "Celebrating 100 years of the Kings Park Fire Department. Video covers department stats for one year and some clips of what the department does for the community, and of the celebration for the community to enjoy with music rides, and fireworks. This film is to capture pieces of the event." 

The video contains background on King Park's history from historian Miles Borden and performances from the Kings Park alumni band.
