Highlights of food, fun and activities.

 

There is too much to list when it comes to the number of vendors, businesses, activities and food stops on Main Street for . We’ve rounded up a bunch to give you a guide to what’s going on.

Start time is at 10 a.m. and ends around 4 p.m. The day, sponsored by the Kings Park Chamber of Commerce, is filled with raffles and giveaways and are available at most booths.  There is also a gift fair in the municipal parking lot.

 Food on the Street

: Hot dogs, bratwurst, beverages

Hero’s, sausage and peppers, beer and wine

Always crowded on Kings Park Day. Coo off with an ice.

: $2 slices, $2 beers, zeppoles, garlic knots for a quarter.

Kings Park Firehouse

Cool off under the giant firehouse and stop in the house for a tour. A blood drive will be going on upstairs as well as demonstration on CPR.

james i hav'nt seen pizza anywhere for under $2 a slice.(in a long time) it is was it is.

same stuff every year maybe next year it will be worth my wild i mean how many goldfish or lawn ornaments can you buy?

Atleast the pizza was discounted, there are quite a few places in town that dont do anything for the day. And its $2 a slice, but you can still but a regular pie for the usual price which i believe is around $12
