1. : The varsity cheerleading squad travels to Bethpage High School for a cheerleading competition. Support the team and cheer along as they tumble and flip to victory. The competition starts at 9 a.m.
2. : Mix one part yoga and one part pilates and what do you get? This combo course promises to tone your entire body. Poses begin at 11 a.m. at the and beginners are encouraged to stop by.

3. : Grab your mouthguard and head over to to see the varsity wrestling team take its opponents down (literally). The teams will hit the mat at 9 a.m.
