Happy Jewish New Year: Rosh Hashanah Services in Kings Park

Find out when the Kings Park Jewish Center is holding High Holiday Services.

It's an early Jewish New Year, as Kings Park Jews will ring in the year 5774 from Wednesday through Friday night. 

Kings Park Jewish Center will be hosting a number of services throughout Rosh HaShanah's  that both members and non-members are welcome to attend.

The Kings Park Jewish Center is led by Rabbi Abe Rabinovich, Cantor Nathan Glick, and co-presidents Karen Dongvort and Toby Everett. 

The celebration of Rosh HaShanah is closely followed by a number of high holy days. We include the center's services for Tashlich and Yom Kippur as advanced notice.

  • Rosh HaShanah Eve  -  Sept. 4, 6:30 p.m. 
  • 1st Day of Rosh HaShanah - Sept. 5, 9 a.m. 
  • 2nd Day of Rosh HaShanah - Sept. 6, 9 a.m .
  • Tashlich - Sept. 8, 10 a.m. 
  • Erect a Sukkah - Sept. 8, 10:30 a.m. 
  • Yom Kippur - Sept. 13, 6:52 p.m. 
  • Kol Nidre Service - 6:45 p.m. 
  • Yom Kippur Day - Sept. 14, 9 a.m. 
  • Yizkor -  Sept. 14, 11:30 a.m. 
  • Afternoon Service - Sept. 14, 6 p.m. 
  • Yom Kippur Ends - 7:49 p.m.
