French Connection: Resident Living in France Spots KP Bake-Off on the Web

Former Kings Park resident Kimberly Brindel sends us greetings and photos from France where she has lived for the past 20 years and runs a small organic American pastry business.

Brindel, a 1974 Kings Park graduate, said she stumbled upon the when she was looking for news on Kings Park.

"Bravo for the bake off," she said.

Through an email, Brindel told Patch she also sells in an outdoor organic farmers markets.

"I was in KP this June and attended the second farmers market . . . ran into a few towners that I haven't seen in a long time. Markets are a great social meeting place.  If someone sold coffee it would become even more so . . . hint!!!" said Brindel.
