Fracking, Vaccines, Freedom on Weekend Forum Agenda

Residents concerned about the future of Long Island will gather this weekend to discuss a wide range of issues ranging from the Common Core standards to fracking and and vaccines.

The Save Long Island forum opens Friday night at the Upsky Long Island Hotel in Hauppauge and runs through Sunday afternoon. Full schedule.

Speakers include Fred Eichhorn of St. James, on alternative medicine, Richard Mack,  former sheriff of Graham County, Ariz., on the Second Amendment, Jerry Day on smart meters, libertarian radio talk show host Adam Kokesh and many others. Among the other topics include the First Amendment, Agenda 21, a United Nations plan on sustainable development and small business.

The group's website says of the event, "The 1st Annual Save Long Island Forum is unlike any liberty/freedom event you have ever seen before. It's not just about 'being free', it's about what are the things that are taking our freedoms away from us. It's not just about 'the government this or the corporations that', it's about the mechanisms they're are using to control us, herd us & destroy us...and how we can fight back against them."

The forum is also designed to benefit the Feal Good Foundation for 9/11 responders.
