A collection for those affected by Hurricane Sandy will take place from 10 a.m.- 2 p.m. Mondayat the VFW Hall on Church Street. Trucks will depart Monday and Tuesday to locations on the south shore.
Items that are in need are: toiletries, non perishable items, cleaning items, new socks, shovels, hammers, baby items/food, batteries, mops and buckets. No clothes please. Only winter jackets, gloves, hats and scarves at this time.
