Area Yard Sales for June 4 and June 5

The weather is beautiful, which means yard sales galore. To help with your treasure hunt, Patch has compiled a list of this weekend’s area yard sales.

This week’s shopping tip – don’t be afraid to engage in courteous negotiation.  Bargaining and yard sales go hand in hand. Offer a lower price for an item, you may be pleasantly surprised by the outcome.

Saturday, June 4 only

(off Spinner Lane) Huge Multi Family Garage Sale, with 2 childrens' authors signing their books while supplies last, Michele Barradas --A Rainbow of Shapes and Kenn Galati--- All Day Play. Items include toys, AC unit, TV, exercise equipment, clothes, Christmas decorations, household items and more. 9:00 a.m.

18 Partridge Drive, Commack.  Multi Family Garage Sale with items including patio furniture, couch, wine rack, clothes, toys and more. Great prices. 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

130 Eighth Avenue, Kings Park. (From Pkwys or 25A: Pulaski Rd. to Old Commack Rd. to 130 Eighth St.) Multi Family Garage Sale with items including "like new" train table, video games, toys galore in excellent condition, kids clothes in great condition, brand new Scroll Saw (never out of box), televisions (both working), multi-CD player, brand new Disney Princess Bicycle (12" - never used), Melissa & Doug Puzzles, antiques such as glass door, something for everyone. 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
