The 2012 edition of the Yankee Doodle Circus features world-class performers from the United States and Europe. Proceeds from this fundraiser will benefit the Kings Park High School Varsity Club. Performances will be Wednesday at 5:15 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. at the Kings Park High School gym.

Guest speaker will be Glenn Jorgensen. Agenda topics include industrial area concerns and an update on the development proposal for HUD-VASH housing on Old Northport and Lawrence Road.
The Emerson String Quartet has won a total of nine Grammy Awards and the Avery Fisher Prize. They will perform at the Staller Center in Stony Brook on Wednesday, 8 p.m.
